- Home-Based Learning: This scholarship is exclusively available to students who are engaged in home-based learning programs from Year 7 up to IGCSE.
- Residential Requirement: Applicants must be studying from their primary residence and not attending a physical school setting.
Scholarship Coverage:
- Tuition Fees: The scholarship covers 100% of the tuition fees for home-based education programs. It is designed to support the educational needs of students who engage in their studies remotely.
- Exclusions: The scholarship does not cover any personal expenses such as books, supplies, or other educational materials required for home-based learning. It also does not cover any costs associated with internet access, technology needed for online learning, or accommodation.
Conditions for Continuation:
- Academic Performance: Scholarship recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress, which will be reviewed annually to ensure compliance with the standards set for home-based learners.
- Verification of Home-Based Status: Recipients must verify each year that they are continuing their education from home. This verification process helps maintain the integrity of the scholarship’s specific focus.
Application Process:
- Documentation of Learning Environment: Applicants must provide evidence of their home-based learning environment and enrollment in a recognized home-based educational program.
- Assessment Interview: An oral interview conducted in English will assess the applicant’s suitability for remote learning and their commitment to maintaining academic standards from home.
